THE following cases were heard at Poole Magistrates' Court:

LIAM JAMES BAKER, 33 and of Parkwood Road in Bournemouth, admitted drink and drug driving in Queensway Tunnel Approach in Birkenhead on January 14, 2023. He was handed a community order lasting until April 30, 2025, with a requirement to complete 120 hours of unpaid work, and was disqualified from driving for 16 months. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £114 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

NATALIE SCOTT, 31 and of Isabella Street in Bearwood, admitted speeding in Hockliffe on October 30, and speeding in Luton on July 10, 2023. She got six points on her licence, was fined £152, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

DARNELL BROWN, 20 and of Throop Close in Bournemouth admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Southampton Magistrates Court on November 15, 2023. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

MARK STEPHEN DAVIES, 33 and of Ringwood Road in Poole, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates Court on September 28, 2023. He was jailed for 12 weeks.

MARTIN PAUL HISCOCK, 43 and of Thorncombe Close in Poole, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order in Poole on April 24. He was fined £50.

NEIL JAMES POPE, 40 and of Charlton Mead in Charlton Marshall, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates Court on December 14, 2023. He was fined £50.

XANDAAR LEO NEO TONE LOFTUS, 18 and of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a youth rehabilitation order made by Poole Youth Court on March 28, 2023. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £60.

MARK DAVIES, 33 and of Ringwood Road in Poole, admitted assault by beating after assaulting a man in New Milton on December 23, 2023. He also admitted two counts of theft from a shop after stealing meat products valued at £62.48 from M&S in New Milton on December 23, 2023, and meat products valued at £49.56 from M&S in New Milton on December 20, 2023. He was jailed for 12 weeks.

ANTHONY DEHAVILLAND, 54 and of Compton Avenue in Poole, admitted stalking a woman in Poole between May 15, 2023 and June 17, 2023. He was handed a 16 week prison sentence suspended for 18 months and a restraining order made for the victim. He was also ordered to pay costs of £635 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £154.

MICHAEL FOSTER, 58 and of Birch Drive in Bournemouth, admitted using threatening / abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Bournemouth on June 27, 2023. He was fined £90, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £36 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. A restraining order was also made for the victim.

GARY OCONNELL-DAVIDSON, 44 and of Cavan Crescent in Poole, admitted drug driving in Poole on October 15, 2023. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. He was also fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a victim surcharge of £80.
